Faststream has partnered with one of the providers for marine services specialising in engines for ship owners and managers, they are looking to add a Spare Parts Sales Support to their team.
The responsibilities for the Sales Support role are as follows:-
- Managing inquiry and communicating with headquarters in Europe
- Manage & expedite sales and process by liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain commercial and technical data accuracy
- Nurture business relationship by building rapport with existing as well as new customers
- Provide support for sales team's projects requirement
- Responsible for daily transactional duties and needs for sales
- Review database for periodic reporting needs
To be successful in this position you will need to have the following: -
- Fluency in MS-Office (Excel / Word / PPT)
- Experience in Marine / Shipping industry is a plus
- Good analytical and organisational skills
- Commitment to work under deadlines
- Attentive to data accuracy
