Job Description
- Involved in cost analysis and contracts administration services
- Prepare tender documents, tender evaluation reports, variation agreements
- Monitor budget and keep track of project expenditures
- Involve in all quantity surveying and contract administration activities for the projects
- Prepare and submit tenders including quantity taking off and pricing
- Prepare letter of award to subcontractors and verify claims and cost control
- Identify and prepare variations orders for the projects
- Obtain subcontractors and suppliers quotation for costing
- Perform cost comparison
- Close liaison among project managers, designers and vendors
- Ad-Hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
· Possess a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or Building or its equivalent
· At least 1- 3 year of working experience in general building and A&A projects is an advantage.
· Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
· Familiar with construction cost and construction works
· Able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines and as a team with other quantity surveyors
· Good verbal and written communication skills
