Job Description

  • Assisting in Work Pass administration, employee payroll and statutory administration
  • Assisting in employee leave administration
  • Assisting in company and employee insurance administration
  • Responsible for office supplies, staff amenities and maintenance of the office equipment
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties, such as, filing, scanning, compiling documents, invoice, etc.,
  • Assisting in Company functions and events
  • Update and maintain proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner
  • The management reserves the right to alter and/or assign further duties from time to time which are not computed in this job description.


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma equivalent qualification with relevant experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in related field
  • Possess a high level of integrity, ethics and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all level of people in a professional manner
  • Able to work in a team, positive and responsible
  • Working hours: 8.30am - 6.30pm, Mon - Fri
  • Working location: 1 Buroh Lane Singapore 618292
