Job Description
- Assisting in Work Pass administration, employee payroll and statutory administration
- Assisting in employee leave administration
- Assisting in company and employee insurance administration
- Responsible for office supplies, staff amenities and maintenance of the office equipment
- Perform clerical and administrative duties, such as, filing, scanning, compiling documents, invoice, etc.,
- Assisting in Company functions and events
- Update and maintain proper filing system to ensure documents are traceable in an efficient manner
- The management reserves the right to alter and/or assign further duties from time to time which are not computed in this job description.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma equivalent qualification with relevant experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in related field
- Possess a high level of integrity, ethics and able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all level of people in a professional manner
- Able to work in a team, positive and responsible
- Working hours: 8.30am - 6.30pm, Mon - Fri
