Job description: Immigration Manager, Personal Tax & GMS Consulting

The suitable candidate will be:

  • Liaising with clients and assisting with the applications of the relevant Singapore work and dependant’s passes
  • Providing application overview, collating clients’ documents / information and addressing clients’ queries
  • Managing full spectrum of case process from initiation to advising on issuance of passes
  • Preparing immigration advice for clients
  • Preparing notifications on changes in the relevant authorities’ (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) requirements and rules for clients
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of Singapore Permanent Resident applications
  • Managing systems / databases for application tracking and record-keeping purposes
  • Providing innovative suggestions to continually improve process efficiencies and quality client service

The ideal candidate should:

  • Possess a University degree or equivalent in any field of study.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong attention to detail with organisational and analytical skills.
  • Personable with good communication skills and passionate about client service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and technology savvy.
  • Be a strong team player
