Job description: Immigration Manager, Personal Tax & GMS Consulting
The suitable candidate will be:
- Liaising with clients and assisting with the applications of the relevant Singapore work and dependant’s passes
- Providing application overview, collating clients’ documents / information and addressing clients’ queries
- Managing full spectrum of case process from initiation to advising on issuance of passes
- Preparing immigration advice for clients
- Preparing notifications on changes in the relevant authorities’ (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) requirements and rules for clients
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of Singapore Permanent Resident applications
- Managing systems / databases for application tracking and record-keeping purposes
- Providing innovative suggestions to continually improve process efficiencies and quality client service
The ideal candidate should:
- Possess a University degree or equivalent in any field of study.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong attention to detail with organisational and analytical skills.
- Personable with good communication skills and passionate about client service.
- Proficient in Microsoft office and technology savvy.
- Be a strong team player
