Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyse and evaluate the credit ratings of borrowers, provide credit evaluation reports and support decision-making.
2. Conduct risk analysis and evaluation of the market and industry, formulate corresponding risk management and control strategies.
3. Analyse and mine business data, provide data support and recommendations for risk control decisions.
4. Collaborate with model teams to develop and optimise risk models based on company risk strategy and business needs, improve risk assessment accuracy.
5. Monitor and evaluate risk assessment models, formulate and implement risk management measures to improve risk control effectiveness.
6. Collaborate with business teams, data teams, and technical teams to solve risk control problems in a timely manner.
Job specifications:
1. More than 3 years of relevant work experience, bachelor's degree or above in economics, finance, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related majors.
2. Experience with credit card-related businesses, bank, or Fintech companies is preferred.
3. Proficient in using Python, R, SQL, or SAS for analysis.
4. Strong self-learning ability, solid communication skills and teamwork.
5. Experience with credit risk management, such as credit granting strategy, anti-fraud, modelling, mid-loan monitoring, and post-loan monitoring.
