- Plan and develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events.
- Drive brand awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, develop and implement social media marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for social media growth.
- Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
- Prepare monthly marketing updates/report – to track, analyse communication deliverables/ marketing activity and monitor competitor activity and present findings to the management team.
- Stay abreast of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
- Any other ad hoc duties / marketing administrative matters assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Mass communication / Communications & Media Management/ Mass Media Management preferred or relevant discipline.
- 3 years experience in social media marketing or digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their features
- Strong writing and editing skills for creating compelling and engaging social media content.
- Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track and analyze performance metrics.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail in content creation and campaign execution.
- Experienced in Canva (basic editing skills), proficient in MS Office.
