Responsibilities
- Provide a new platform solution for power supply and power system goods while adhering to safety regulations, XP standard design practice, and deadlines to fulfill product specifications. You can also upgrade and alter current designs to make products more affordable or perform better.
- To conduct experiments and tests as necessary in order to validate or support the design and provide a written report. For the investigation of previous product failures as well as the design of future products Disassembling and organizing all replacement parts for damages or repairs.
- Identify the important road or paths and give guidance to reduce risk by leading the project planning process.
- Conduct product validation and verification tests, including as DVT, electrical performance, thermal, and EMC tests, to make sure the product satisfies specifications before delivering it to an internal or external customer.
- Examines product designs to make sure they adhere to agency regulations, company policies, safety standards, and engineering principles.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12–13 years of stable experience in power supply solutions companies, together with some degree of people management expertise, is required.
- Minimum Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
- Thorough understanding of the essential SiC, GaN, and magnetic components for SMPS circuit topologies.
