- Manage all day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Planning of roster and ensuring all stores are adequately staffed on a daily basis, control labour budget.
- Supervise and mentor new staff members, schedule and assign work shifts, and check and verify timesheets before the dateline.
- To lead the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld
- Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service
- Ensure sufficient stocks supplies in the restaurant for smooth operation
- Safekeeping of company properties
- Assist in sending daily sales report
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
