Associates work in collaboration with others to complete daily tasks and offer support to their team. An associate will ensure that a client's needs are met, will interact effectively with customers and team members daily, and is typically the first point of contact within a company or business.
Associate Duties & Responsibilities
· Partnering with HRSD in achieving efficient HR operations management for all employee in the LOB
· Identify workflow/system improvements and work with team to enact change
· Be responsible for certain operational/administrative tasks
· Function as Subject matter expert (SME)
· Need to understand credit models and the derivation of substantial data elements that depicts the impact on mortgage performance
· Maintain a noteworthy communication channel with the global counterparts and coordinate with team-members on a daily/regular basis
· Need to be ingenuity driven in undertaking responsibilities both on Project and People fronts
· Continuously streamline the process through production and engineering improvement
· Responsible for ensuring that all marketing materials comply with established standards (data, design)
· Senior management briefings and other marketing materials in conjunction with internal partners
