Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring set up of the restaurant for service
- Taking orders and answers questions on meal items
- Ensure that guests receive prompt attention and service when they enter the restaurant
- Responsible for serving food and beverage to guests.
- Check crockery and glassware to ensure that they are clean at all times.
- Greet guests courteously with a friendly smile.
- Set up the table, clean the chairs and place them properly at the table.
- Makes recommendations to customers
- Any other ad-hoc duties reasonably required
- Able to commit 10 hours / day and stand long hours.
- Requirement to work weekends and public holidays.
