Job Responsibilities:
- Attend calls or enquiry from customers.
- Liaise with clients, shipping line/co-loaders and freight fowarder agents.
- Ensure shipping documentation is provided timely to facilitate customs clearance.
- Liaising with transporters for shipments/ trucking arrangement.
- Maintain shipping data and documents for tracing records.
- Documentation preparation & invoicing.
- Any other ad-hoc assignment as and when required.
Requirements:
- Well verse with Microsoft Office & Excel spreadsheet
- Experiences with import and export procedures would be a plus point
- Qualification Experience in TradeWeb or Qulaified Custom Declarant will be an advantage.
- Applicants with administrative and other logistics experiences are welcome to apply
- Entry level candidates are also welcome, training will be provided for new intake who is keen to learn.
- Good Communication skill and able to commit to work
REMUNERATION PACKAGE WILL BE FURTHER DISSCUSSED DURING INTERVIEW BASED ON EXPERIENCE
