Job Description:
- Handle the booking of facility and general enquiry;
- Handling of basic accounting and filing of documents;
- Use the best endeavours to take all necessary and proper precautions relating to the execute the duties;
- Carry out the duties in a manner befitting the good image and high standards of the organisation.
- Any other adhoc duty assigned by the supervisor;
- To handle and follow up with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Work Schedule:
Location: Kretar Ayer
Salary: $1200-1800/Month
Duration: 1 Year
5 days work week. On shifts and weekend duties. Subject to duty roster (to be advised by supervisor subsequently)
Morning shift: 9.00am to 6.00pm
Afternoon shift: 1pm to 10pm
Lunch: 1 hour
