This is a 6 Months Contract role (Renewal Basis) Based in Singapore.
Business Management and Team Support (50%)
- Manage the business for the Asia Marketing team, proactively supporting the team together through important planning cycles, managing meeting rhythms and stakeholders, and collaboration across functions.
- Coordinate marketing newsletters, reporting on execution excellence and campaigns, creating presentation templates to enable teams to showcase their best work (quarterly marketing calendar and assets calendar)
- Support Asia PO hygiene, maintenance and tracking initiatives for the team.
- Work along with all marketing stakeholders to support team success with key regional projects.
Tools Project Management (50%)
- Be the ASIA Point of Contact for landing the Remap Tool.
- Ensure World Wide team understand Asia pain points, help on accelerating resolution of technical problems for Asia team, coordinate ad hoc training when needed
- Assessment - coordinating timeline, consolidating results and work with the Asia Marketing team members to ensure landing of marketing fundamentals through partners and constantly monitor the optimization to enhance the consumer journey.
Requirements
- At least 2 years experience in marketing projects management from an advertising/media agency or a project manager in a tech firm across more than 1 countries
- Well versed in Microsoft Technologies like Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), SharePoint, PowerPoint
