It is expected that the incumbent will manage partners and agencies to drive and deliver effective marketing programmes that are mapped to business objectives. Tracking, analysing, evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of the campaigns and programmes on the various platforms are expected, as with recommendations to improve performances. In order to perform well in the role, the incumbent will conduct research on trends, identify new opportunities to drive digital growth and establish best practices in digital marketing. The incumbent will be required to monitor social media channels for industry trends, create and manage social and media profiles across multiple channels, drive engagement in each channel, review analytics and create reports on key metrics for content optimization as well as writing and editing social media posts.
Requirement:
- Degree with 6 to 8 years of proven experience in digital / media agencies or similar role creating and executing digital strategies on behalf of external / internal clients
- Demonstrated experience in successfully executing a social programme that includes growing followers organically, increasing engagements and demand generated conversions
- Able to leverage on data-driven research/analysis to drive strategic direction and website optimisation
- Must possess analytical skills and be competent in digital capabilities/ technology and data analytics
- Excellent communications skills including copywriting and copy-editing skills
- project management skills with proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight timelines
- Able to work well independently as well as in a team. Those with supervisory experience is
- Multi-tasker entailing good time management and ability to handle pressure well
- Knowledge of social media or digital marketing channels out of Singapore will be a plus
- A good eye on aesthetics and design, ability to art direct and create simple artwork will be a plus
- Self-motivated and takes initiative
