- To briefly explain packages
- To assist in payment collection
- To assist to clean up the palour and flower disposal (if shortage of manpower)
- To guide customers heading to the funeral palour via phone
- Able to upload death notice
- Able to hold or carry any of the religious items, such as joss stick, joss paper etc
- Able to work 3 rotating shifts & weekends (1 week 5-day work)
