Admin Assistant (Expat Management, 4K+) (ID: 597873)

Responsibilities:

· Manage and process expatriates monthly claims

· Manage and process expatriates new and renewal tenancy agreement

· Take care of office supplies and equipment.

· Support office building facility maintenance including security system related matters

· Manage and process office insurance and other administrative related agreements

· Support office & mobile lines and related equipment maintenance


Requirements:

· Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in general office matters

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

· Japanese language skill as individual needs to speak and write in Japanese as this role supports Japanese colleagues from HQ
