Job Description:
- Handle and manage enquiries from walk-ins, phone calls.
- Manage patient's appointments and treatment schedules.
- Address and manage patient's needs, care and concerns efficiently and effectively in clinic.
- Proactively build rapport and establish good relationships with customers to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Interactive engagements with customers during events, corporate talks, roadshows and clinics.
- Deliver product knowledge to potential patients through effective communication to increase consumer understanding.
- Promote products, services, and packages to maximize sales opportunities where necessary.
- Capture photos and testimonials for social media posting for the clinic.
- Manage and maintain the clinic tidiness and cleanliness.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirement:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or customer relations.
- Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends & Public Holidays.
