Job Descriptions:
- Must have Knowledge of C&S, M & E trade such as Electrical, Plumbing, ACMB system, and Fire Protection drawings.
- Must be able to perform company marketing on construction trade
- Must be able to calculate BQ for M & E trade such as Electrical, Plumbing, ACMB system, and Fire Protection Projects.
- Must be able to draft BIM Modula for C&S and M & E Trades.
- Must be able to conduct site meetings and also attend consultant meetings if required.
- Plan / coordinate/monitor site works based on schedule
- Liaise with authorities, consultants, and contractors
- Able to work independently
- Identify construction discrepancies and risks possessed to site works
- Review construction drawings for conflicts with Structural/M&E and liaise with consultants to resolve issues.
- Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintain the required quality.
- Ensure a safe work environment at the work site and manage workers.
- Assist Manager/QP in overseeing the daily construction and site coordination of different activities.
- Responsible for preparing, submitting, and monitoring technical drawings, method of statements, and shop drawings.
- Liaise with the QP/Consultants on technical and quality issues.
- Arrangement for inspection of works.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or others
- Must have at least 8 years of experience in M&E & structural
- Must possess RE or RTO certifcate
- Able to work independently and as a team
- up to 6 working days weekly.
