Description:
Seeking a motivated DCM Associate to lead origination and execution of transactions. Stay current on industry trends, prepare documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders. Ideal candidates possess 1-2 years of DCM experience, a business/finance degree, and strong communication skills. Chinese proficiency and CMFAS Representative license preferred.
Requirements:
- Hold a degree in business, banking, or finance.
- Possess 1-2 years of experience in originating and executing DCM transactions.
- Have expertise in lending and credit analysis.
- Demonstrate motivation, teamwork, and quick learning abilities.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably, have proficiency in Chinese.
- Preferred possession of a CMFAS Representative license in corporate finance advisory/dealing in capital markets products (securities).
- Show interest in China’s capital markets products/services.
