To provide executive support to Centre Director, as well as all the administrative processes related to the centre such as HR matters, student matters, finance matters, publicity and events support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage the Centre’s assets, funding, procurement, manpower and space resources.
- Manage the Centre’s special programmes and daily operations.
- Prepare progress reports, audit and budget statements in a timely manner.
- Provide updated and organized data capture and management on centre information.
- Be part of the working team to ensure that the Centre operates at maximum efficiency and complies with policies, procedures and standards.
- Provide workshop/conferences/events support and visits to the Centre.
- Serve as a liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide effective executive support to Centre Directors.
- Continual review of work processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness in administration.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Centre Directors.
Job Requirements:
- A degree in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Applicants with working experience in a university capacity preferred.
