Job descriptions:
The personnel will be responsible for handling accounting activities of the Company and ensure all matters are properly kept, update and recorded. He/she shall assist the Finance Manager and Executive Director to ensure smooth operating of the Accounts Department.
Responsibilities
AR function
· Liaise with internal sales staff on invoice matter
· Prepare and send monthly Statement of Accounts to customers
AP function
· Data Entry for suppliers’ invoice
· To perform monthly reconciliation against suppliers’ statement
· Preparation of payment vouchers for payment approval
Administrative function
· Dealing with employee claims
· Update of Staff Leves and MC Records
· Other ad-hoc task as assigned
Requirements:
· LCCI/Nitec in Accounting/ Diploma in Accounting
· 1 year of relevant experience
· Knowledge in Microsoft OS and Office application
· Knowledge in Quickbook will be an added advantage
· Demonstrate quick thinking and logical mind
· Possess good communication, interpersonal analytical skills and meticulous
· Can start work asap
