- Solving Client Challenges Effectively: Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that helps them reach true business value by working thru the phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration and product support with a sense of urgency .
- Agile Planning and Execution: Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
- Technical Solution Workshops: Conducting and participating in technical solution workshops.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
- Automation Solutions Expertise: Familiar with the design, deployment and post production support needed for at least one of the following implementing automation solutions including automating business processes, integrating business systems, observability, application resource management, and proactive incident management.
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise :
- Automation Technologies: Experience with one more of the following Automation technologies: WebSphere Application Server, Extreme Scale, Cloud Pak for Automation, Cloud Pak for Integration, Tivoli Monitoring, Instana, Netcool, Watson AI Ops or Turbonomics or the equivalent enterprise solution
- Hypervisors: Working knowledge of Hypervisors such as VM Ware and Virtualization management and administration technologies
- Programming Skills: Working knowledge and skills working with Java, Shell scripting, python, Kubernetes, Containers, Perl)
