- Location: 139 Joo Seng Road Singapore 368362 (10 minutes walking distance from Tai Seng MRT)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm
Responsibilities:
- To plan inventory target that are approved by management at warehouses to meet sales requirements.
- To manage inventory levels and responsible for stock replenishment (including raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished goods and finished goods) to the planned target levels.
- To collaborate with manufacturing on global replenishment of inventory and work with them to improve supply processes relating to lead times, flexibility rules and delivery.
- To make recommended adjustments to forecast and inventory targets based on changes in demand and market trends.
- To plan, schedule, monitor and control factory production to ensure on-time production and delivery
- To monitor production schedule and performance daily and modify plans as necessary to make the most efficient utilization of machinery, manpower and material resources.
- To monitor production status and analyze inventory trend to fulfill customers’ orders.
- To work closely with customer service staff, to monitor and communicate schedules, schedule changes and make necessary re-schedule requested by customer.
- To liaise and provide close support to Customer Service Department to assist with order planning, processing and delivery schedule.
- To compile, verify data and release month end reports.
- To use, update and maintain data in Navision system for inventory control
- To assist in executing MRP initiatives and activities
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- At least 5 years of solid experience in Production and Demand Planning role in a manufacturing environment
- Exposure to ERP system, preferably in Navision system
- Meticulous in figures and numbers, strong Analytical skills and highly independent
- Good understanding of material management & MRP system and knowledge of supply chain & material flow concept
- Proficient in MS Office software application especially in Excel.

- Able to multi-task to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic, resourceful and able to work independently
- Able to start immediately or with short notice
