Full Time Projects Coordinator Needed
Jobscope:
-Handle all projects given by manager
-Meet and liaise with clients to understand their requirement on project,examples material/ schedule/leadtime/design/drawing
-Project related documentations preparation to clients, example safety documents (will be teach)
-Deliver client's expectation and project's information to our relevant internal department for processing of order and fabrication
-Coordinate with manager and engineering team on fabrication of the materials and deployment of workers to project site base on given schedule by clients
-Ensure projects progress in timely manner and hand over smoothly
Applicant must possess:-
-A/ O level education
-Good communication skill
-Responsible and detailed person
-Class 3 license and understanding auto-cad drawing will be a plus
Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm Sat: 8.30am-1 pm
Salary: $2500/-
MC:14 days
Leave: start from 7 days to max 14 days
