This internship opportunity at Maven Solutions might be perfect for you! Maven Solutions is a consultancy that collaborates with both corporate entities and individuals, assisting them in managing their events and marketing initiatives.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative intern to provide support in various areas, including website building (utilising Square Space under the guidance of the Founder), social media management, research, event coordination, administration, and presentation and proposal design.
This part-time internship requires a commitment of 2.5 days a week, with at least one day spent in the office, and spans an initial period of 3 months with compensation provided. Throughout this duration, you will work closely with the company's Founder and her clients, gaining insights into consultancy operations and acquiring hands-on experience in dealing with diverse external clients on various projects.
Responsibilities:
• Project administration for diverse projects
• Social media and web design, including strategy, research, and content development.
• Event coordination and administration
• Research and strategy development
• Presentation and proposal design
• Proofreading and content writing
Software and platforms you will learn to use under guidance:
• Marq
• Canva
• Salesforce
• Square Space
Qualifications:
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Creative with a keen eye for design
• Strong interest in marketing and events
• Quick learner with the ability to work autonomously
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Able to commit for 3 months, starting March 2024
