Job description
- Translate strategies into actionable outcomes such as technology adoption, job redesign, and skills upgrading to drive workforce and business transformation and growth.
- Assess skills development gaps in the company, identify company training plan and programmes
- To mobilise workers and companies on jobs and skills development
- Establish mechanism to coordinate outreach and gather ground feedback.
- Coordinate the implementation plan of skills and jobs together with various key stakeholders
- Analyse the adoption rate, transformation and training status and make recommendations to encourage adoption rate
Requirements
- Bachelor ’s Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience
- Over 3 years’ experiences in HR/Workforce Change Management, HR Strategy and Agile Transformation
- Possess strategic thinking ability, with an eye for operational details
- Self-driven and results oriented
- Passionate and good team player
- Good communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
