Assistant Manager (Corporate Events, Seminar & Workshops)

Responsibilities:

· Develop plans and ideas for Events

· Take charge of planning, organizing and executing Corporate Events / Seminars / Workshops, including budgets,

timelines, and resource allocation

· Prepare the required EDM and publicity collaterals and coordinate with partners on programmes as well as

vendors and suppliers to secure the necessary resources.

· Oversee the setup, operation, and teardown of events.


Requirements:

· Degree with minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in organizing seminars/workshops / events etc.

· Highly motivated and passionate in exploring new areas

· Analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills.

· Good written and verbal communication in both English and Chinese

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management, members and partners

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, EDM, website, basic IT skills.
