Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (ID8091)
Location: Marina Bay
Working Hour: 5 days work
Monday – Friday 9am-6pm
Salary: $3200 - $3500
Job Description:
• Responsible for all aspects of quantity surveyor works, i.e. tendering, quantity take-off, budget, price, comparison, preparation of contracts / PO for sub-contractors, consultants & suppliers, call quotations, sourcing for new suppliers & sub-contractors and procurement.
• Responsible for follow-ups on claims, certifications, VO and settlement of final accounts with clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Responsible for preparation of warranties, submission of operation manuals and as-built drawings from sub-contractors to clients.
Requirement:
• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying Studies or Buildings.
• Minimum 2 years working experience with building contracts knowledge.
• Possess initiative and be able to work independently.
• Must have good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Report to Director.
