Job description
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule
- Attend and document minutes of meetings.
- Assist in the preparation of materials and logistics for meetings
- Read and screen emails, ensuring urgent matters are brought to the CEO's attention.
- Draft and compose emails and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- Possess a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant appearance and presentation.
- Possession of a valid driving license is considered an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and handle tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
