Personal Assistant

Job description

  • Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule
  • Attend and document minutes of meetings.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials and logistics for meetings
  • Read and screen emails, ensuring urgent matters are brought to the CEO's attention.
  • Draft and compose emails and other communications on behalf of the CEO.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.


Requirements:

  • Possess a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Pleasant appearance and presentation.
  • Possession of a valid driving license is considered an advantage.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
