Responsibility
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities and candidate experience in the region
- Advertise positions and source candidates via various platforms including digital
- Drive recruitment innovation to achieve market leadership in talent attraction
- Partner with business leaders to determine hiring needs, anticipate talents needs and fill key roles
Requirements
- Min 3 years of experience in tech recruitment and talent acquisition, either agency or in-house
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on and a positive attitude
- Team player, with a high level of energy
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Emotional intelligence and Assertive
- Able to work in fast pace and high ambiguity environment
- Prior working experience into software engineering, embedded, data science and engineering, infrastructure, product openings
