Retail Sales Specialist (Sport items)

• Working Location: Boon Lay
• Working Days: 5.5 Days
• Working Hours: 44 Hrs per week
• Salary Range: $1,900 - $2,500

Job Description

In your role you will:

• Greet customers and provide customer service
• Ask questions to determine the type of bike a customer needs
• Answer questions regarding available inventory
• Inventory control
• Learn details of all merchandise
• Research new bike technology to better handle customer requests
• Perform general store maintenance, cleaning and administrative duties
• Arrange ‘test drives’ for customers before they buy
• Help customers with new bike, gear sales and service.
• Building relationships to ensure future business
• Handle online sales requirements
• Hosting and planning riding events
• Ad-Hoc task assigns by supervisor or manager

Skills and Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred
