- Working Hours: 44 Hrs per week
- Salary Range: $1,900 - $2,500
Job Description
In your role you will:
- Greet customers and provide customer service
- Ask questions to determine the type of bike a customer needs
- Answer questions regarding available inventory
- Inventory control
- Learn details of all merchandise
- Research new bike technology to better handle customer requests
- Perform general store maintenance, cleaning and administrative duties
- Arrange ‘test drives’ for customers before they buy
- Help customers with new bike, gear sales and service.
- Building relationships to ensure future business
- Handle online sales requirements
- Hosting and planning riding events
- Ad-Hoc task assigns by supervisor or manager
Skills and Qualifications
- At least 1 year of sales experience is preferred
