KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Identification of clients in the market sector, type of roles available, defining role budget and analysis of competitor profiles and trends.
· Active involvement in approaching prospective clients to present company services and hiring solutions according to client needs.
· Facilitating sales negotiation and securing client sign-off on proposals and agreement.
· Regular feedback and follow up sessions with existing or inactive clients to sustain rapport and explore opportunities for future development.
· Active engagement in business development activities, such as cold calling, professional networking, rapport building, social media outreach etc.
· Developing and implementing strategies to consolidate business activities and increase client satisfaction. This involves in-depth market research and application of Business Development principles and practices.
· Providing end-to-end support for clientele. This includes rapport building, understanding of organisational needs, delivering of customised solutions and offering credible feedback and after-sales support.
· Crafting business proposals and presentations for prospective clients, as well as leading sales negotiations to maximise revenue.
· Promoting the company’s business objectives at professional networking events and conferences.
· Managing existing accounts and ensuring client needs and sales targets are fulfilled.
REQUIREMENTS
· University degree desirable (candidates with other relevant qualifications may apply too)
· Strong Sales and Business Development background is a plus
· Prior experience in search industry preferred or at least 5 years commercial working experience
· Proactive and resilient
· Language skills: Highly proficient in English
· Influencing Skills: Masterfully sell the merits of opportunities to prospective clients
· Interpersonal Skills: Excellent listening skills, strong communication skills and impeccable telephone etiquette to be able to engage clientele
