Job Title: Management trainee / Operations Sup
Pay Range: $2400 - 3360
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth running and to create positive dining experience for guests.
- Practice work and service standards and food preparation procedures; in compliance with the Quality, Service, Cleanliness & Value (QSCV) guidelines.
- Coach, motivate and educate team members to deliver the service and product standards according to Company and/or Brand standards.
- Assist RM and Asst RM in overseeing and managing daily operations, in areas not limited to inventory control, upkeeping and maintenance of outlet and equipment.
- Provide support and assist Restaurant Manager and Assistant RM to complete daily paperwork, periodic inventories, and statistical reports accurately and on a timely basis. Conduct necessary analysis and take appropriate action for improvement.
Requirement:
· “O” levels and above
· Minimum 2 years F&B operations experience in supervisory role in F&B. Fresh graduates will commence at entry level.
Possess valid Food Hygiene certificate.
· Sound knowledge of food and beverage
· Fluent written and spoken English
· Pleasant, polite, neat and always maintain high standard of personal hygiene and neatly attired
· High customer service focus with good communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong team playing skills
· Able to work rotating and split shift
