Working Hour: 8.30am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Leave Entitlement: 7 days Annual Leave, 10 days Sick Leave including Hospitalization leave
Responsibilities:
- Assist monthly/quarterly full set of accounts
- Assist in preparation of quarterly forecast
- Preparation of GST submission to IRAS
- Preparation of audit schedules
- Preparation of creditor statement reconciliation
- Other Finance and Accounting activities as assigned
Requirements:
- Handle Full Set of Accounts with minimal supervision
- Mandarin speaking to liaise with Chinese stakeholders
- Proficient with MS Office especially Excel such as Xlookup, Pivot Table
- Hands-on experience with accounting software (Globe 3)
- Applicants with experience in the Shipping / Marine industry is an added advantage
- Meticulous, possess good interpersonal skills and a team player
