Position: Sales cum admin
Salary offer: $2500 - 3000 + commissions
Working location: Kovan
Working days: 6 days work week
Working hours: 11.30am - 7.30pm; weekend 11.30am - 4.30pm
Job duties:
• Respond to customer enquiries on requirements and hiring of MDWs (Migrant Domestic Workers)
• Conduct Interviews with potential MDWs from overseas training centres.
• Shortlist suitable MDWs for customer selections
• Schedule and arrange interviews for customers.
• Handle phone and email enquiries from customers
• Handle after sales services issues for customers and MDWs
• Handle on-boarding and off-boarding acoordination
• Handle paperwork including work pass application, issuance, cancellation and others.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.
Requirements:
• Min degree in any field of study
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), able to use the computer or willing to learn.
• Knowledge of online applications would be useful (Email, Google Drive, Whatsapp Web etc)
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• CEI certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Entry level are welcomed to apply.
