Job Description
- Monitor expiry dates of maintenance contracts (Eg: Electricity, Group Property Insurance, 3rd Party FM tenders, Transfer of ownership/ Sales and Purchase of properties)
- Bulk tender for common maintenance services
- Renewal of OEM maintenance contracts
- Generate, check and endorse monthly Summary of Term Contracts for Finance Department to be provided to them via hardcopy and softcopy (pdf and excel).
- Explore various contract procurement and agreement improvement methods and strategies.
- Monitoring of performance bond and contractor procured insurance.
- Involve in contractors shortlisting process, Quality check on contractors, internal and external audits
Requirements
- Have done both hard and soft services.
- Have done recommendation papers
- Have managed Vendor side of things à Negotiation, tender interviews etc.
- Can work in fast paced environment, manage tight deadlines, can take stress
