- Engage Business on HR matters including manpower planning, budgeting, performance discussions and staff issues.
- Work with Business on manpower planning and structural changes during financial year.
- Review and plan manpower requirements and HR-related costs during the annual budgeting cycle
- Engage Business on staff issues pertaining to confirmation and performance reviews, grievance and exit management.
- Participate and value-add in performance management discussions with Business.
- Provide corresponding analysis and projections vis-a-vis HR reporting metrics
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to maintain staffing level to meet business needs.
- Manage recruitment process from attraction, selection, interview and appointment to maintain the staffing level for different level of hires. This includes working with different organizations on the secondment of key personnel to the division(s)
- Support in day-to-day HR operations including but not limited to on-boarding, confirmation, off-boarding.
- Address and provide advice to Business and staff on HR related queries and issues.
- Work with HRP Support team on HR administration and operational matters such as the processing of on/off boarding, transfers and staff confirmation.
- Conduct regular policy and process reviews across various spectrums of HR, where applicable; and where required, work with colleagues in their areas of expertise.
- Build and foster a culture of employee engagement to reinforce the organization’s business strategies and culture for continuous growth and improvement.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Able to start work immediately or on short notice
