Job Description:
- High visibility in the lobby area, interacting and mingling with guests.
- Manages and maintains a comprehensive and detailed database of guest’s information.
- Knows the requirements and needs of individual guests and works closely with the various departments, namely Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering to ensure the requirements are consistently met.
- Liaises with the operations to highlight importance of specific guests.
- Handles guests’ enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Delights guests with the occasional mementos and surprises.
- Applies common sense approach when faced difficult situation
- Enforces brand standards and ensure consistency in delivery in all guests contact area.
- Communicates regularly with guests to stay in touch.
- Regular check of airport check-in requests.
- Standby at the airport for guests who are confirmed for airport check-in and assist with luggage service.
- Executes Clan Keeper services such as running the bath, personal guide for local precinct tour, apparel pressing, shoe shine and running a bath.
