The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Senior Executive to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing comprehensive administrative support for HR, general administration, and accounting functions. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:


Human Resources Admin Support:

  • To assist maintaining personnel records, updates databases, and creates guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
  • Publish job ads, schedule interviews, and prepare HR-related reports, when needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries about benefits.

General Administration:

  • Provide efficient administrative support to the entire office, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and expense management.
  • Manage office logistics and facilities, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
  • Oversee office supplies and procurement.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative tasks.

Accounts Administration Support:

  • Handle daily accounts payable and receivable activities.
  • Process invoices and payments.
  • Prepare financial reports for management.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Dip/Adv Dip or degree in business administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within the consulting or training industry).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR software and accounting software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
