The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Accounts Senior Executive to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing comprehensive administrative support for HR, general administration, and accounting functions. Responsibilities:
Human Resources Admin Support:
- To assist maintaining personnel records, updates databases, and creates guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
- Publish job ads, schedule interviews, and prepare HR-related reports, when needed.
- Respond to employee inquiries about benefits.
General Administration:
- Provide efficient administrative support to the entire office, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and expense management.
- Manage office logistics and facilities, ensuring a comfortable and productive work environment.
- Oversee office supplies and procurement.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all administrative tasks.
Accounts Administration Support:
- Handle daily accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain compliance with accounting regulations.
Qualifications:
- Dip/Adv Dip or degree in business administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably within the consulting or training industry).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR software and accounting software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential.
