Exciting role in the Public Sector - in the Media/Technology industry!
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team for undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships application and selection cycle (e.g. answering public queries, support for applications and selection, offer and award etc.);
- Prepare administrative documents (e.g. interview documents and portfolios, scholarship deeds and sureties information) and help with the shortlisting of candidates and facilitation of interviews across undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships;
- Collect, analyse and synthesize data from various sources and programmes to generate insights, as well as to extract data and analysis, including data visualisation, to answer key questions from stakeholders
- Work with Incentive Management and Governance, Finance, and outsourced vendor on the onboarding of new undergraduate/postgraduate scholars, and manage the processing of claims for scholars;
- Track milestone deliverables and budget utilisation for undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships; and
- Provide support for events (e.g. scholarship fairs, award ceremony, onboarding of new scholars).
Looking for:
- Singaporeans only
- Min. Degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Art and Social Sciences or any relevant field of study
- Prior experience in scholarship applications would be advantageous
- Proficient in Data Visualisation tools
