Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm
Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm
With an hour lunch break
Manager $3,800.00 - (Degree with at least 2 years of work experience) or (Diploma with at least 6 years of work experience)
You will contribute to the development and execution of Communications and Engagement strategies for the Ministry of Health (MOH), to:
i. Proactively shape public perception of Singapore’s healthcare system;
ii. Engage stakeholders on healthcare policies; and
iii. More effectively champion better health, better care, and better life for Singaporeans.
In this role, you will support the team in online sentiment analysis and reporting across digital platforms. You will monitor and assess traction and public reactions towards key news, help generate data and prepare weekly reports. You will also be involved in research and data analytics projects, including drawing up survey questionnaires and discussion guides, analysing findings, and presenting reports. Part of the work also involves leveraging information to better formulate communications strategies and shape messaging for important initiatives. You will also support the team in project management work, such as facilitating meetings, liaising with colleagues and partners, taking notes, and any other necessary follow-up.
Requirements
• University degree, preferably in a related field such as Mass Communications, Public Health, Arts and Social Sciences
• Relevant work experience in communications, research or healthcare will be an advantage
• Proficient in written and spoken
• Good critical thinking and project management skills
• Is resourceful and a team player
• Familiar with social media, and comfortable with collaborative online work tools and apps such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams
