Responsibilities:

  • Handling AR and AP functions like data entry, processing payments and bookkeeping.
  • Assist in all the daily administrative work include duly issue of invoices, quotation, collection of payment, filling, etc.
  • Assist in preparing and generating monthly financial statements and supporting documents.
  • Assist in preparing quarterly GST report.
  • Handling HR related matters, staff claims, etc.
  • Other ad hoc duties assigned.
  • Only Malaysian & Singaporean will be shortlisted

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Administrative/ Accounting or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
  • Previous bookkeeping experience in Construction industry advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
  • Analytical and hands-on team player.
