Responsibilities:
- Handling AR and AP functions like data entry, processing payments and bookkeeping.
- Assist in all the daily administrative work include duly issue of invoices, quotation, collection of payment, filling, etc.
- Assist in preparing and generating monthly financial statements and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparing quarterly GST report.
- Handling HR related matters, staff claims, etc.
- Other ad hoc duties assigned.
- Only Malaysian & Singaporean will be shortlisted
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Administrative/ Accounting or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Previous bookkeeping experience in Construction industry advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
- Analytical and hands-on team player.
