We are looking for suitably qualified Operations Executive to join our “Applications & Operations” team. You will have the opportunity to learn from maritime domain experts and work with young tech enthusiasts who are passionate in making an impact in the maritime industry.
Job Description:
- Responsible for handling daily shipping operations, including port expenses/disbursements
- Close follow-up and liaising with customers to ensure smooth operations
- Swift attention and response to customer’s enquiries
- Responsible to resolve conflicts, problems to achieve excellent customer service
- Diligent input of shipment data into eLSA platform
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Maritime Studies or related disciplines preferred
- Some experience in vessel operations is advantageous (or training will be provided)
- Fast learner with a tremendously positive attitude
- Good listener with excellent communication skills
- Proactive and motived to get things done
- Patient and attentive to details
- Customer oriented problem-solver
