Job Benefits:
Salary: Basic $4000 - $6000 + AWS + VB
Working Time: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Location: Boon Lay
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and improve marketing and pricing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competitors.
- Generate leads for new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales of new products.
- Propose marketing strategies based on research and sales trends.
- Manage the marketing department budget.
- Supervise branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across various platforms.
- Guide creative direction for advertising and communications.
- Execute multichannel campaigns.
- Evaluate ongoing initiatives' effectiveness through tracking and analysis.
- Manage Loyalty program for campaigns and customer retention.
- Present concepts and deliverables to internal and external teams.
- Communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs and budgets.
- Address customer complaints related to promotional campaigns.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of relevant work experience
- F&B industry experience preferred, open to consider from FMCG and Logistics industries
- Skills include:
- Proficient in sales processes.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Creative with excellent writing skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organization and planning capabilities.
- Familiarity with technology, including AdWords, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office.
