Position : Project Manager (Migration and Enhancement of CMPB Website)
Contract period : Immediate (1 year)
Mon to Thurs (0800- 1730 hrs) and Fri (0800- 1700hrs)
Off on weekend and PH
Responsibilities:
To work with external and internal stakeholders to develop and implement the detailed plans for migration of CMPB website from NS Portal WCMS to Govtech Content Website Platform 2.0. Said detailed plans include but not limited to the following:
o Project Implementation Plan
o Testing Plan
o Cutover Plan
o Change Management Plan
o O&S Maintenance Plan
To work with internal and external stakeholders to review and implement website design approach seeking a consistent and unified user experience across MINDEF’s websites.
To maintain current CMPB website including drafting and copywriting of materials to be published unto website.
To manage contracts relating to maintenance, migration and enhancement of CMPB website.
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal skills and proven capability to coordinate issues amongst various stakeholders
Prior experience in website development and/or project management is preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Arts, Design and Media, or Communications or Design or IT or relevant field is preferred. Salary ranges from $4,000 to $ 4,500 depending on qualifications and relevant working experience.
