  • Overcoming objections and handling client concerns.
  • Negotiation skills and strategies for reaching win-win agreements.
  • Competencies in using Internet in accessing e-mail.
  • Microsoft Profeciency.
  • Able to use CRM software Techniques for efficient time management and task prioritization.
  • Developing a structured approach to daily and weekly planning.
  • Balancing customer engagement and administrative tasks.
