- Process full scope of monthly payroll computation in accordance with local statutory and company policies for multiple companies;
- Address client’s queries on payroll and HR related matters;
- Prepare employees’ adhoc and/or annual statutory lodgements as required by IRAS
- Manage payroll software updates including liaison with payroll software vendors on behalf of the team

- Must be organized, able to multi-task, commit to tight deadlines and work independently in a dynamic environment
- Possess analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage strictly confidential information
- Hands on experience with other payroll softwares, preferably Timesoft will be an advantage
- Must possess a relatively good command of English
- Must be conversant with Microsoft Word and Excel
