IT Support / Desk Support Analyst

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support to users.
  • Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users.
  • Support in the testing and installation of new applications and enhancement patches.
  • Attend to FAQs for users on the use of application.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks on the applications.
  • Assist with the co-ordination in administration matters such as proposal preparation
  • Project documentation and the facilitation of project meetings.

Requirements And Qualifications

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other highly technical, scientific discipline
  • 1-3 yrs of Technical / Application Support experience on multi technology platforms
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification and strong service oriented experience / background preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
