DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Target Planning
- Responsible for IT mid-term / long-term for Business Support Group following YMAP IT Division mid-term / long-term and IT global policy of YAMAHA Motor Japan (HQ) .
- Support General Manager to establish and maintain IT ASIA regional policy and IT ASIA regional standard based on IT global policy.
Project Management
- Drive projects to implement, deploy and support line of business applications.
- Manage project deliveries, resources deployment, budget planning and general project management support for regional IT initiatives, applications and solutions in ASIA region.
IT Governance Support
- Support General Manager to plan, review and execute risk management approach, J-SOX compliance support and business continuity measures for YAMAHA Motor ASIA region and YMAP/YDS.
- Support implementation of global IT applications that YAMAHA Motor Japan (HQ) prepared in ASIA region.
- Communicate with YAMAHA Motor Japan (HQ), all of YAMAHA Motor subsidiary companies in ASIA and YAMAHA Motor Solution group to offer better IT solution.
Team Management
- Plan budget of Business Support Group and perform expenditure monitoring.
- Manage the performance of staff and plan the human resources in Business Support Group.
