Job Responsibilities
- Overall project management and communication of the Company of Good recognition system
- Review and continue the development of the Company of Good recognition system into a national trustmark as part of larger industry development plans
- Support engagements and project management with various stakeholders to review and/or establish national level platforms and programmes as opportunities between companies and ecosystem stakeholders to help businesses advance their corporate doing good agenda
- Support dialogues and studies with multiple stakeholders including, but not limited to those involved in other similar national set-ups. To establish a coalition to co-create with businesses in Singapore the understanding and aspirations for ‘Corporate Purpose’ in Singapore
- Serve as the Secretariat for the multi-lateral coalition to ensure that all interests are aligned and relevant external stakeholders are engaged to advance the agenda and objectives of the coalition
- Support the integration and synergy of work across the entire Corporate and Industry Partnerships team covering Capability Development, Industry Development, Community Building and Business Strategy and Planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; including Business Administration or Management/Public Policy/Social Science
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industry and/or market development
- Experience in developing and/or implementing policies or interventions at the national level and/or equivalent
- Strong events management skills
- Social media engagement skills
- Appreciation of platform strategies
- Clear, logical thinker with strong analytical skills
- Pleasant personality, great teamwork, ownership and accountability
